How do I sign up
to use the Business Center?
1. On the login page, select "sign up." (Be
sure to have your Dermalogica Account
Number handy.)
2. Enter your information on the form that follows, then click
"sign up!"
3. You will immediately receive an email confirmation.
4. For your protection, you will not be able to login
until you receive a second email from Customer Services verifying your
information.
I have signed up, but my login doesn't work.
1. If you just signed up, and have not yet received a confirmation
email from Customer Services, then you will not be able to access the system.
2. If you have received the confirmation, make sure that you
are entering your username and password exactly as they are written. (They are
both cAsE sEnSiTiVe.)
3. If you have forgotten your user id or password, simply
enter your email here and we will email you your user id and password.
I want to change my profile or password
You can update your profile information
(including username and password) at any time by clicking the "change profile"
link after logging into the system.
Why can't
I view the Profit Flash

not work. To download the installed, click the icon below. |
Why does saving a file take so long?
Depending on the size of the file you select from the Artwork Resource section,
and the speed of your internet connection, a download may take a long period of
time.
Why can't I open the file I downloaded?
Different file types have different applications associated with them.

artwork help section. Generally speaking, only a trained graphics
professional with a properly-configured computer will be able to work with the
graphics files.
