Why does saving a file take so long?
Depending on the size of the file you select from the Artwork Resource section, and the speed of your internet connection, a download may take a long period of time.

Why can't I open the file I downloaded?
Different file types have different applications associated with them. For more information, please visit our artwork help section. Generally speaking, only a trained graphics professional with a properly-configured computer will be able to work with the graphics files.
